Is the function bike benefit with Zenride considered an in-kind benefit?

Renting a personal bike is not considered an advantage in kind according to URSSAF. The company will have no expenses and the employee will not be charged social security contributions or taxed.

I have Zenride in my company, how do I create my account?

To create your Zenride account, click on “My Space” then “Register” on this page or fill out the contact form, including the name of your employer. We will get back to you with the right link.

I don't have a business email address. How do I create an account?

If you don't have a business email address, then you can use your personal email address. However, if you are unable to create your account with your personal address, contact us via the contact form.

What level of care between the employer and the employee? And what are the tax advantages?

The employer can implement the bicycle benefit without devoting a budget to it. He can also decide to participate with a fixed monthly amount per bike, for example 40€/month, or 10€/month, it is completely flexible.

How do I know if the company bike benefit will interest my employees?

In order to measure internal enthusiasm in companies, Zenride offers a free survey tool.

What is the amount of the takeover offer at the end of the contract?

We are committed to making you an offer to buy back up to 20% of the replacement value including VAT of the bike and equipment (helmet and lock).

What will be the repurchase offer in case of early termination of the contract?

If you leave your business before the end of your contract, we will make you an offer to buy back. This offer is based on the market value of the bike on the day of departure as well as the number of remaining rents.

What happens if an employee leaves?

If an employee leaves the company, 3 options are offered to him:

The employee can buy back his bike at a preferential rate.
The employee can bequeath his rental contract to another employee of the company.
The employee can cancel his rental contract. In this case a cancellation fee applies. You can subscribe to our ZenFlex option to avoid cancellation fees.

I have chosen a bike, but the price exceeds the budget set by my company. What can I do?

You will be asked to pay the difference directly.

What bikes are available?

You can choose from all the bikes (electric, folding, mechanical, cargo, etc...) distributed in our partner stores everywhere in France.

Is it possible to combine this advantage and other advantages dedicated to mobility?

The Zenride service can be combined with other transport devices with no limit of exemption from social and employer contributions.
